Unexpected Guest

After Marta and Emil both reunited with one another at Lake Umacy, they both discussed what recently happened to them so far. Since the two have not been around one another since the fusion of both worlds.


Suddenly, a mysterious man called Zelos appeared nearby who was in search of his friends. Typically Zelos, his flirtatious nature overwhelmed him as he started to flirt with Marta; who, like Sheena, was uninterested in him.


Zelos started to tease Emil by calling him 'brat' like he does with his friend Genis. Marta started to become irritated and argued that Emil was her guardian knight; Marta becoming pissed off at his conceited attitude. An arrogant chuckle parted from Zelos's lips as he abruptly challenged Emil for to a duel, to test his strength on being Marta's guardian knight.


Emil became enraged and accepted the challenge of Zelos, telling Marta that he would handle the Zelos. The two shall commence their combat with one another as Zelos unleashed the rage of Emil. Emil yet managed to win the combat by forfeit from the challenging Zelos. Though thanks to Marta, she prevented any serious injuries that may have been dealt towards the last chosen of Tethe'alla. Even in defeat, Zelos offered a reward to travel with him to Altamira for his loss. Though Marta and Emil accepted this, his flirtatious attitude didn't change. He left Lake Umacy and allowed the couple to be alone until they meet him at the docks of Izoold.
