The Beginning

Synopsis:

A year has passed since the revival of the Giant Kharlan Tree and the World Regeneration of the two worlds; Sylvarant and Tethe'alla. After the system of selecting chosen has been abolished, both Zelos and Colette were the last chosens of the mana lineage. The regions of Sylvarant and Tethe'alla are uneasy with their new terrain. The Teth'ellans from Meltokio believe in aristocracy, allowing them to have most territory than those of the commoners from the citizens of Sylvarant. Strifes ocassionally unleash between the bordering regions. The heroes did not intend of the strifes between the bordering countries as the chosen from Teth'ella, Zelos, is trying to reason with the king, as well as Colette, who is trying to reason with the Palmacosta government.

Yet, with all the strife between the commoners and aristocrats, there is a sinsiter book called Niflheim("Forbidden Anamnesis") located in the Sybak library of Tethe'alla. It is a gateway to a cursed world full of perilous dangers, home of undead. Its intent is to destroy and replace the world. Though a variety of demons released from the vortex and possessing those who believe the chosen is responsible for this way of life. More powerful than desians, they occassionally enter the souls of half-elves who are often shunned from both the regions. These undead reject those of salvation and intent on corrupting the Giant Kharlan Tree with evil by attempting to gather the Devil's Arm that was once used by Abyssion. The world has changed due to the unbalance in mana, causing lakes to dry up, deserts to become iced over, earthquakes, storms of all kinds, and monsters acting strangely. Tensions rise in Sylvarant as they fear the Tethe'allans' united economy and modern technology

Once again, the heroes unite once again to save the world yet with new companions.

It will be the decision of many people whether they wish to protect the Tree, or destroy it, leaving the world to be placed as it was before then: two separated worlds that were once one, and at war with one another for mana.

This RP takes place after the events of the original Tales of Symphonia, excluding the events of the sequel of Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, though the characters from the new game are involved. Even if you don't know about it or play it, don't fret. I'll do my best to make this as simple as possible, so even if you know nothing about it, I'll do the best of my abilities to make it easy to understand.
